Located near the town of Blaine, Washington, adjacent to the Canada-US border, the resort covers several hundred acres of prime waterfront property.  Work for Semiahmoo has included long range feasibility and planning studies covering several hundred acres, historic waterfront re-use programming and design, hotel amenity design, waterfront trail systems and revegetation, entry monuments, site planning for a destination golf academy and numerous residential community designs.
