Description: Golfscape has worked in collaboration with the owner’s design team to develop long range plans for the development of a cultural, arts, and recreation resort along the cliffs of the Columbia River in Eastern Washington. The focal point of the resort will be a destination hilltop village with accommodation, conference facilities, spa, as well as various indoor and outdoor performance venues. Surrounding small clusters of homes and amenities are integrated with the rugged natural landscape of Eastern Washington and connected by multi-use trail systems. Care has been taken to leave large areas of undisturbed land as well as re-naturalize areas to refurbishing the indigenous landscape.
