Scope: Site planning, concept design, schematic design, design/documentation plus construction observation

Program: Seven Golf Course Estate Homes

Description: Golfscape developed landscape designs for seven estate homes at Mayacama Golf Club. Our staff assisted in the careful placement of each home to minimize disturbance to the existing massive oak trees located throughout the development. The homes were selectively located to insure views to the golf course yet have the minimum visual impact from the point of golfers. Drought tolerant native plant materials were used throughout each design.
